Shipping policy

Depending on the demand of an item and seasonal goods,orders are processed and ready for shipping within 3-5 days after purchase.

The delivery of items may take up to 15-20 days depending on the country we are to deliver to.

Correct name, address and contact details ie phone number or email is required for update on the delivery of the item.

We take no responsibility on delays and none delivery caused by errors on customer details during purchase or natural disasters where the mode of transport for delivery could be affected or access to the delivery address is denied.

Delivery address cannot be changed once the order is made.
